UK VAT Relief Manage VAT relief on your product pages and collect declarations in your cart. Apply VAT to your products 1. Add "VAT" variant group In the Shopify admin, go to the product edit page and add a variant option group named VAT in the Variants section, with the values VAT Exempt and VAT Included. Use these exact names. The VAT group can appear before or after other option groups. 2. Assign prices to each variant Once the VAT group is added, Shopify automatically generates the variants. Set each variant’s price with or without VAT as appropriate. VAT variant pairs can share the same SKU to maintain compatibility with connected stock management apps. 3. Disable tax on VAT exempt variants Uncheck the "Charge tax on variant" option for each VAT-exempt variant (i.e. those with “Exempt” in their title). You will need to click on each variant to see this option, and this action can be done in step 2. VAT Compliance Notice: This app only displays a VAT relief declaration in your store's cart.
